Shipping and insurance
I offer FREE USPS first class shipping for all my items. Insurance is recommended, but optional. If you want to upgrade to priorty shipping or if you are an international buyer, please email me with questions about shipping at debmckenna@damjewels.com.
Repairs
If your jewelry breaks within the first 6 months of purchase, ship me all your beads and your broken item and I will fix it free of charge. Please include $5 for me to ship it US Priority Mail back to you. If you are missing any beads, I will only charge the cost of materials to fix it. If it breaks after 6 months, then I will still fix it, but charge an $8 per strand restringing fee plus the cost of materials.
Please understand that this is fine jewelry and that you should not sleep with it, bath, shower, or swim with it. Please do not wear your jewelry while performing strenuous althletics as it may get caught on something and break. I know, this is all common sense, but I have to say it!! :)
Care of your items
Almost all of my designs are made from sterling silver (but from time to time I use 14kt gold fill). Sterling does NOT like air, and all my things will come in seal-tight ziploc jewelry baggies to keep them clean and shiny.
To polish your jewelry, please use a soft polishing cloth (if you would like to purchase one from me, please inquire). NEVER USE ANY SORT OF LIQUID SILVER CLEANER ON ANY OF YOUR JEWELRY AS IT WILL DESTROY THE NATURAL LUSTER OF THE SILVER.

Sizing
Please see my sizing page for info on how to get the correct measurment for custom orders and resizing. Please measure carefully as there is a $8.00 charge per strand for resizing if the info your gave me is wrong and your bracelet doesn't fit.
